You can always access your account from home 24/7 using our Online Banking for your day-to-day transactions, such as checking a balance, transferring funds between accounts, paying a bill, depositing a check through remote deposit capture and managing your credit cards and loans all in one place. You can apply for loans 24/7 from our website at unisoncu.org. If you need cash from your Unison Credit Union account, our conveniently located Unison ATMs are open 24/7 and are free of charge to use. If you are not yet using our online banking or mobile app, you can call us at 920-766-6000 and speak with a Member Advisor to get signed up.

During this time, we also want to remind you to stay alert for any scams that might be out there, including fraudulent calls, emails and text messages. Unison Credit Union will never contact you by phone, email or text to ask you to update your account information or to provide your account number, Personal Identification Number (PIN), Debit or Credit Card Number, password or Social Security Number. If you think there is potential fraud on your account, please call us at 920-766-6000.

As we work though this together, Unison Credit Union will keep you updated of any additional changes as the current situation develops. We will continue to keep our website, www.unisoncu.org, up-to-date with all the latest branch information.

The coronavirus pandemic does not impact the security of your deposits. As always, your money is safe here at Unison Credit Union and is insured by the NCUA. If you are experiencing a disruption in income due to COVID-19, and have concerns, please reach out to us so we can work together to find a solution.
