  • Unison employees will always verify your identity before giving out any account information.
  • Unison never sells, rents, or shares member information with a vendor or unaffiliated third party.

Lost your Unison credit card? It’s important to notify us immediately if you suspect your card has been lost or stolen. During regular business hours, call Unison at 920-766-6000. After hours, call Fidelity National Information Services at 1-800-543-5073.

Lost your Unison ATM/debit card? Notify us immediately if you suspect your card has been lost or stolen. During regular business hours, call Unison at 920-766-6000. After hours, call the Lost/Stolen Card Center at 1-800-523-4175.
