First Things First: Update, Log In, and Learn

To ensure everything works smoothly, update your device and the Unison CU mobile app to the latest version.

The first time you access Manage My Cards in the mobile app or online banking, a short instructional video will automatically play. This video will appear only once, during your first visit, and will not be shown again in future sessions.

These new tools are designed to support how you use your card every day, while adding extra layers of protection:
- Activate your card and set or update your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Turn your card on or off instantly
- Set up real-time alerts for transactions and activity
- View enhanced transaction details with merchant info and location
- Track recurring payments, subscriptions, and installment plans
- Report a lost or stolen card quickly
- Add your card to mobile wallets, including Apple Pay® and Google Pay™
- Manage travel plans to help ensure uninterrupted card use
- Access and view your digital card
- Allow a one-time purchase if your card is restricted
- View, manage, and redeem uChoose Rewards for eligible Platinum Rewards Credit Cards
- View spending insights to better understand your habits
