Update on Hours from Mark Hietpas

I want to start by again thanking YOU for your patience and understanding as we navigate through these challenging times and continue to monitor the developments related to COVID-19. We are committed to providing the best possible service while prioritizing the health and safety of our staff, members and the communities that we serve.

Due to significant wait times at our Kaukauna South drive-thru location, we have adjusted our staffing to allow for us to return to our normal Saturday drive-thru hours at our other locations. Staring Saturday, September 19th, our drive-thru will be open from 8am-noon at our Kaukauna South, Little Chute, Grand Chute, Wrightstown and De Pere locations. Our lobbies will remain closed until further notice.

Our Member Advisors continue to be available during regular business hours to help answer any questions or take care of any financial needs that you have during this time. Our online banking and mobile app give you access to your money 24/7 – you can transfer money, pay bills and more! For more information, visit unisoncu.org.
