Fraudulent Text Message Activity

Some of our members have reported receiving text messages about unusual debit card activity, which prompts them to call a scam phone number. Never provide your PIN, online banking credentials, or other sensitive information to anyone who calls or texts you to ask for it – even if they claim to be us. We will never ask for that kind of information over the phone, by text, or by email.

If you believe you may have given your information by mistake, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to protect your accounts.

  • Contact a Member Advisor at 920.766.6000
  • Change your Online Banking password.
  • Refresh Online Banking security questions.
  • Set up Online Banking notifications to actively monitor your account activity.
