I want to start by saying THANK YOU…as we continue to navigate through these challenging times, our members have been so patient and understanding and we truly appreciate YOU! With the safety of our staff and members top of mind, our lobbies still remain closed.
We are currently putting processes in place, so when the time is right, we can reopen our lobbies in the safest way possible. We are currently installing plexiglass on all the teller lines and installing plexiglass in all Member Advisor offices. We will have floor stickers installed in all lobbies to practice social distancing. When we do reopen the lobbies, you are welcome to wear a mask, however, we may ask you to temporarily lower it for identification purposes.
As we work through this together, we will continue to keep you updated when we have an official date to begin the process of reopening our lobbies. Click here for a list of our current hours and locations until further notice.
During this time, we encourage you to continue to use our online services and mobile banking. These 24/7 services allow you to safely view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks and more – all from the comfort of your home! With the convenience of our electronic services, you can apply for a loan and close your loan without stepping foot in our lobby! Despite these challenging times, mortgage rates continue to be at an all-time low or you can use the equity in your home and tackle those larger home projects with a Home Equity Line of Credit! We also want to remind you to protect your information to avoid fraud, scammers are looking to capitalize on the major shift to digital services! As a reminder, your financial institution will never call you and ask for your credit card number or expiration date, debit card PIN, online banking credentials, account numbers, social security number or secure access codes.
