COVID-19 Update: Your health is our priority

Doctor with patient

In recent days, we have seen a heightened level of concern related to the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We recognize that this may be an unsettling time and want to provide an update on the actions Unison Credit Union is taking to safeguard the health and well-being of our members, our employees and their families.

Our branches are currently open with full-service access in our lobby and drive thru as well as our ATM network. You can access your account from home 24/7 using our Online Banking for your day-to-day transactions, such as checking a balance, transferring funds between accounts, paying a bill, depositing a check through remote deposit capture and managing your credit cards and loans all in one place. If you are not yet using our online services, you can call us at 920-766-6000 and speak with a Member Advisor to get signed up.

For your safety, we have increased the frequency of cleaning across our branches and are educating our tellers and member advisors on best practices recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We’re actively monitoring the situation and will continue to take guidance from public health authorities.

As we look forward, we’ll continue to monitor developments in this global health situation.

We remain confident in the actions we’ve already taken, and our plans to safeguard the health of our members at Unison Credit Union.

More information on COVID-19, can be found on the CDC website.

Thank you for your continued trust in Unison Credit Union.
