COVID-19 Update from Mark Hietpas

To Our Valuable Members:
I want to start by again thanking YOU for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate through these challenging times.
When we opened our lobbies in June, we put into place safety precautions that would protect our staff and members. Unfortunately, in late July, we had a staff member test positive for COVID-19. Our team immediately went into action executing our positive test protocols. This required us to temporarily close our south location at 1616 Crooks Avenue Kaukauna. We then determined using an abundance of caution that we should test and quarantine all south location employees, which is nearly half of our total staff. When all employees are released from quarantine, we will resume more normal operations. Unfortunately, this will not include access to our lobbies. They will now be closed and will remain closed until further notice. I am sharing this with you, because we want you to know that we will not operate in a way that negatively effects the safety of our staff, members and the communities that we serve.
Our Member Advisors are available during regular business hours to help answer any questions or take care of any financial needs that you have during this time. Our online banking and mobile app give you access to your money 24/7 – you can transfer money, pay bills and more! Loan rates continue to be at record lows and you can apply online from the convenience of your home at www.unisoncu.org.
Here are the new hours and locations effective Monday, August 10th– until further notice:
