How to Become a Unison Member
Anyone who lives or works in the following areas of Wisconsin is eligible for Unison membership: Outagamie, Brown, Calumet, Manitowoc counties; or the City or Town of Neenah, City of Menasha or Village of Fox Crossing in Winnebago County.
Stop in at any of our six branch locations in Kaukauna, Little Chute, Grand Chute, Wrightstown or De Pere to open your account and start your membership.
Plan to bring:
• $5 to open your account
• Social Security Number
• Proof of identification (such as your current driver’s license, U.S. Passport, valid U.S. Government ID, or state-issued photo ID)
• If the address on your ID isn’t current, bring along proof of address, such as a recent utility bill, cell phone bill or pay stub
• If younger than 16, you’ll need to be accompanied by an adult who can sign for you
