Nonprofit Organization Nomination Information
In the spirit of the season, Unison Credit Union would like to recognize and thank area nonprofit organizations this Christmas. To do so, we are asking our members for one gift: a nomination for the nonprofit organization that is most near and dear to their hearts.
Throughout November, we will be accepting nominations for local nonprofit organizations, and will then select 12 of them to receive a special gift this holiday season.
This is one small way Unison can give back and thank the nonprofit groups making a difference in our communities this holiday season.
Nomination Eligibility & Information
The nominating party must be at least 18 years of age and a current member of Unison Credit Union. The nominated nonprofit organization must reside within, directly impact, or support one of the five communities that Unison Credit Union serves, including:
- De Pere
- Grand Chute
- Little Chute
All nominations will be reviewed by a panel of Unison Credit Union employees who will select the 12 gift recipients. All decisions made by the panel are final.
Nomination forms must be completed and submitted before November 30, 2018 via:
