Is there a cost to use It's Me 247?
No. It's totally free!

How do I sign up?
Just call Financial Services at (920) 766-6000. We will assign you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and get you set up.

Will it work from my computer?
All you need to use It's Me 247 is the following:

  • An Internet connection; and
  • Frame-capable browser software, Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6 or 7), FireFox 2.0, and Safari 3.0.

Why bank online?
With It's Me 247, you can:

  • View e-statements;
  • Review account history and balances;
  • View & print check copies;
  • Apply for a loan or open a sub-share account (PTA, Vacation, & Holiday Club accounts);
  • Make automatic transfers or change direct deposit distributions;
  • Access CU Easy Pay, Unison's online bill payment service;
  • Transfer funds between accounts within one account number;
  • Review loan payoff amounts and due dates;
  • Review credit card balance and due dates;
  • Change your PIN/password; and more!
How do I create a strong password?
  • Your password must be between eight and ten characters and include at least one of each of the following: a capital letter, a lower case letter, a number, and a special character: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )
  • Your password must start with a letter.
  • Your password is case-sensitive

What if I forget my password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can either contact Financial Services at (920) 766-6000, or you can reset your PIN/password by clicking "I forgot my password" and answering the three security questions that you have previously set up.

When is It's Me 247 available?
It's Me 247 is available all day, every day. Periodically we update the program; during these times the system may be down.

How long can I be online?
There is no time limit on It's Me 247. However, we will automatically log off your session after a period of time of inactivity for security reasons. If this occurs, click the "I would like to log in again" button to log back into It's Me 247. You will be required to re-enter your member number/username, PIN/password, and answer one of the three security questions.

When do transactions post to my account?
All transactions post instantly to your account.

Is my account information safe?
Unison Credit Union provides you with the highest level of privacy and security when it comes to your accounts and personal information. There are many layers of security to ensure your account information is safe. High security firewalls, encryption, strong password requirements, security questions, and automatic log off are in place to provide you with a secure environment. You may see information on Personal Internet Branch (PIB) while online. Unison created a PIB profile for you; but there are additional features. If you are interested, give us a call and we can set you up.

Is my It's Me 247 PIN/password the same as CU by Phone?
The password assigned to It's Me 247 is different from the PIN/password used for CU by Phone (telephone account access). When you make a PIN/password change, it is NOT reflected on CU by Phone.

How much history is available online regarding my accounts?
When requesting information about past transactions, limited history is available; two months history for checking, three months for savings and other accounts. If a specific check cleared your account more than two months ago, It's Me 247 will tell you the check has not cleared. For account information that is not available using It's Me 247, call (920) 766-6000.
